Administrative Intern

We are recruiting an Administrative Intern to join our financial team.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting entries and document control;
  • Contact with clients and suppliers;
  • Correspondence management and archiving;
  • Organizing agendas and scheduling meetings;
  • General administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education at the 12th-grade level (or higher);
  • Experience in administrative and accounting roles (preferred);
  • Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and negotiation skills;
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
