Crivedi Studio, based in Trofa and part of the Adalberto Group, is an apparel production agency. We connect international fashion brands to a network of manufacturers, and we are looking for a professional to closely monitor the execution of orders at our partner factories, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the quality expected by the final customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the production pace in each factory, comparing actual progress with the required dates to meet the client's deadline;
- Anticipate field issues — material supply, technical doubts, saturated capacity, unexpected quality issues — and internally trigger the necessary departments to resolve them;
- Regularly visit the factories assigned to your team, maintaining a close and trusting relationship;
- Supervise the quality control work in the factories, formally alerting whenever constraints arise;
- Support the characterization of the subcontractor network and source new partners, validating contacts and recording information in the ERP;
- Report the status of ongoing orders to the Production Manager and the commercial team.
Profile:
- Technical/vocational or higher education in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Production Management, or similar (equivalent experience accepted);
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technical, production, or field coordination roles;
- Experience in an apparel or textile environment (valued);
- Driver's license (mandatory) — the role involves regular travel;
- Knowledge of the apparel production cycle and quality control notions;
- Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel;
- Strong relational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive instinct for anticipation;
- Proactive attitude and a "make it happen" mindset;
- Fluent Portuguese and professional-level English.
