We are recruiting an IT Intern to join our IT team - Applications.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Applications team (Application Managers, Developers);
- Coordinate the application portfolio: ERPs (INFOS Multi, Primavera, Fersoft), CRM (Salesforce), and industrial applications;
- Monitor the selection and implementation process of new ERPs (ongoing RFI/RFP);
- Ensure the availability, performance, and evolution of critical applications;
- Manage software suppliers and maintenance/support contracts;
- Define and implement the integration strategy between applications;
- Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements (GDPR);
- Report to the IT Manager regarding application status, projects, and risks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent;
- Some experience in application or information systems management;
- Knowledge of ERPs in an industrial or textile environment (strong advantage);
- Ability to manage multiple software suppliers simultaneously;
- Ease in managing software implementation projects;
- Business orientation and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Direct experience with INFOS Multi, Primavera, Salesforce, or similar systems;
- Knowledge of system integration and application architecture;
- Experience in RFI/RFP processes for enterprise software;
- ITIL, PMP, or product management certification.
